Recurring Programs
Preschool Storytime
For ages 2–5 | Every Wednesday during the school year | 10:00–11:00 a.m. (September through May)
Listening to stories is a great way to learn to love books. Don’t worry if your child doesn’t sit perfectly still — this is part of the learning process, and they will get better at it the more often they come to Storytime. All ages welcome!

The READing Express Book Club
Monthly | Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. | LaCrosse Public Library
Join us monthly to discuss a book selected by the group. All are welcome to talk about our favorite things — books! Copies of the book will be available at the library. See the events calendar for current dates.

6 weeks each summer

S.T.E.M. Program
For ages 4–10 | Weekly during the school year
STEM is a curriculum based on educating students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through an interdisciplinary and applied approach. Check the events calendar for current meeting times.
Community Blood Pressure Checks
First Friday of each month | 9:30–10:30 a.m.
Stop by for a free blood pressure check on the first Friday of every month. Coffee and snacks will be available. It’s also a great time to catch up with neighbors and friends. No appointment needed.
Sit and Be Fit

An exercise program designed for our senior patrons. Features low-impact exercises demonstrated by Mary Ann Wilson, RN, from the PBS program Sit and Be Fit. Check the events calendar for current times.
